Employment
Minimum qualifications for Field Staff:
- A bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with populations of children or adolescents on the Autism spectrum and/or ADHD
- Experience with the wilderness technical skills necessary for leading these trips (i.e. overnight backpacking, sea kayaking, etc..)
- Be physically fit enough to lead wilderness adventure trips
Not all trips require wilderness technical skills, such as Treasure Island, Farm Camp, or the Lemonade Company. However we do require experience working with this population of kids for those and all other programs.
